1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of purchase.
- To qualify for a refund, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Gift cards
- Customized products
- Opened or used items where hygiene or safety is a concern (e.g., cosmetics)
3. Refund Process
- Initiate a Return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Return Shipping:
- For most returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label.

- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Methods
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If that is not possible, we may issue a store credit equivalent to the amount paid.

7. Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges (Must be exchanged in-store)
- Exchanges are available for items returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchanges:
