Online Store Refund and Exchange Policy

We value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and exchange policy below for details.


Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • To qualify for a refund, the item must:
    • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • Be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized products
  • Opened or used items where hygiene or safety is a concern (e.g., cosmetics)

3. Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
    • Contact our customer service team at [museum@pci-nsn.gov] to request a return authorization.
    • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Shipping:
    • For most returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label.
  3. Inspection and Approval:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If that is not possible, we may issue a store credit equivalent to the amount paid.

5. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide photos or videos to help us resolve the issue promptly.
  • You may receive a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on your preference.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time:

  • Check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.
  • Contact us at museum@pci-nsn.gov for further assistance.

7. Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges (Must be exchanged in-store)

  • Exchanges are available for items returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchanges:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized products
  • Opened or used items where hygiene or safety is a concern (e.g., cosmetics)
